Our Terms and Conditions
Car Parking: Only one vehicle per cabin or site. No visitors cars are allowed within the park without the approval of Management. Visitors should park in visitors carpark. Booking Conditions: Please call to discuss if you have any questions. No reservations will be guaranteed without a payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard, cheques by prior agreement, cash and direct deposit. Should you wish to pay by way of direct deposit, please contact our office for the appropriate details. No smoking permitted in park cabins. An airing fee will be charged to your credit card (one days tariff) if it is found you have smoked in our accommodation. At our discretion any damage, loss or theft of property at the park will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost. Payment Due Dates: Payments for Villas, Studios and Cabins must be paid for in full prior to your arrival. Payments for sites during special events, public holidays and weekly stays must be paid for in full prior to your arrival. Minimum booking periods: Minimum booking periods apply for certain special events/public holidays. Contact us for details. Cancellation Policy: Full refund subject to $20.00 cancellation fee if more than 21 days notice given. No refund if less than 21 days notice given. This does not apply to large special event bookings. Please contact us for these terms. Refunds: Occupying any of our accommodation for less time than originally booked, or not showing up, no refund is available. Prices subject to change without notification.
